Departments
RovD boasts a highly specialized and experienced machineshop and boilershop. An electrical department was added to enable RovD to take-on turn-key contracts without relying on smaller sub-contractors, this has proven to be very successful and often the skills of our electrical personnel are called upon to assist in highly specialized PLC and SCADA programming projects. A paintshop as well as a sandblast facility were constructed to offer a more cost effective option and once again to reduce the uncertainty factors associated with smaller sub-contractors.
Our Projects Department co-ordinates the major projects and oversees the drawing office, using computer aided design, drawing packages used include Autodesk AutoCad & Inventor. Project Management packages used include Microsoft Projects, Microsoft Office and Visio Technical.
